The lunchbox FAM program is our official ambassador program, and your ticket to exclusive merchandise, events, and a VIP festival experience.

FAM Mission Statement:

A lunchbox FAM member is a member of the community. We do NOT spam codes. We do NOT post over and over in random groups. We educate the community, we help share our best festival tips, and we mention lunchbox ONLY when it makes sense. We tell our friends about lunchbox because it's the best way to experience a festival, but we do not over step. We are focused on having a positive impact in the festival world, and our FAM members are a representation of that. If that sounds like you, proceed.

Upon completion of your application, you will gain access to your lunchbox FAM account, in which you can sign in, track referrals, share your link with friends, and redeem your Lunch Money for gift cards to use in store.

Terms and Conditions:

By participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Referral credits and rewards are earned when a referred friend successfully completes an order through the lunchbox pre-order store. If a referred order is cancelled, credits earned from that sale are no longer valid. Lunchbox reserves the right to withhold rewards until payment of the referrals has been fully processed. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent and can only be used toward lunchbox merchandise. Credits cannot be transferred, auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold and may be subject to expiration dates at lunchbox’s sole discretion. Active lunchbox customers may only apply for one referral code. Lunchbox reserves the right to close accounts of active customers, referred friends, and cancel related credits and rewards if we determine in our sole discretion that an active customer has tampered with the affiliate program or tried to use it in unethical, unsportsmanlike, or otherwise questionable manner or breached our terms and conditions. Affiliate program participants may not use their own referral code on their own purchase - this constitutes a violation of the program. Lunchbox reserves the right to cancel the affiliate program or alter the terms and conditions at any point.
