Lunchbox Fam Mental Health Resources

May 29, 2020

From the very beginning, the lunchbox fam has always been about supporting and looking out for one another above all else.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. As the month comes to a close, the lunchbox team wanted to put this list of resources together for anyone struggling with their own mental health during this time. During this time, we know it can be especially hard being separated from friends and family, and having to isolate ourselves indoors. And of course, not being able to go out and enjoy our usual release of shows and music festivals.

Times like these can be difficult - but with a little help, we can all lift each other up. Whether you’re feeling just OK or having a difficult time, please consider checking out the resources below to seek the help you need - there’s one for you!

Remember fam - we’re here for you.

- with love from the lunchbox team
